As a senior analyst for the largest client at Forward3D (Hilton Hotels), I worked closely with clients on a day to day basis to ensure that needs and expectations were managed, coordinated and exceeded with my team's capabilities. We worked together to forecast and formulate strategies to capitalise on seasonal trends and assign $2m monthly budgets efficiently to maximise revenue. I also created and ran monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients' senior management teams to highlight key wins and areas for improvement in various markets/engines/promotions/strategies.We run activity across over 50 markets, with 100 accounts, including exotic search engines such as Yandex, Seznam, Baidu, Naver, Sogou, Yahoo Japan and 360 using Ruby, MDX and SQL languages, necessary to manage such a large client.I also train new starters and team members on advanced aspects of digital marketing implementation and strategy. I help to coordinate the largest team in the agency to ensure tasks are completed properly and on time, and in the most efficient manner.

Day to day communication with multiple client contacts involves communicating strategy, planning and areas for improvement globally.As well as the usual tools of the job we use Acquisio for bid management and Hive, MySQL and Ruby to run queries/scripts to enable us to manage, analyse and build from the huge amount of data that is involved in such a large global account.

I manage clients' accounts across a range of channels including Google, the Bing network and LinkedIn, across over 40 countries, targeting both mobile, and tablet and home computer devices.As well as optimising every day, I regularly perform in depth audits of client's and prospective client's PPC accounts, analysing everything from ad copy, sitelinks, deep linking, keyword funnelling and keyword bidding. Tools for the job include Google Analytics, Adwords, Bing Ads, Kenshoo, and I also have experience with using Mozenda for site scrapes. I often use this information to restructure accounts or build completely new accounts from scratch.

The UK's largest independent ski operator.I worked as an intern in the marketing and communications department. In this role, I managed social pages and social marketing campaigns. I also wrote copy for brand websites and brochures, as well as writing press releases.

One of the largest marquee and event companies in the UK.I travelled the UK erecting marquees, stages and tents at festivals such as Glastonbury, T in the Park and the Isle of Wight festival. 12 hour days as standard.

A small family run hotel in the French Alps.I worked with the chef in the kitchen to prepare meals for around 40 guests, as well carrying out day to day maintenance around the hotel.

A small independent chalet company in French Alps.My colleague and I ran the 12 person chalet. Duties included picking up guests from Geneva in the minibus, driving guests to and from the town of Morzine, cooking three course meals every night and breakfast every morning, as well as cleaning and maintaining the chalet.
