Responsible for all aspects of daily shop operation for second shift.Perform vehicle preventive maintenance according to First Transit’s Consistent Quality Maintenance Manual. Diagnose vehicle defects and select a course of action for quality repairs. Repair vehicles at a minimum cost without sacrificing quality repair. Ensure vehicles meet safety requirements. Maintain a safe, clean, “team” oriented environment. Monitor activities inside the shop as well as warranty, campaigns and fleet defects. Provide direction to shop technicians and follow up as needed. Assist in all repair functions as requested. Properly use the Maintenance Information System. Monitor information recorded on work orders.Parts ordering and Inventory.Technician training. Safety Meetings for second shift maintenance and fuel staff. Schedule writing and overtime management. Responsible to oversee and manage all aspects of Preventative Maintenance (PM) for the California Division of Key Energy including but not limited to: • Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.• Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.• Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment and replacement parts.• Monitor tools, part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions.• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.• Meet with vendors or suppliers to discuss products used in repair work.• Examine objects, systems and facilities and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.• Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures.• Participate in budget preparation and administration, coordinating purchasing and documentation and monitoring departmental expenditures.

Establish a Procurement Department utilizing Oracle to support the operation requirements of Company. Responsibilities including but not limited to: • Develop and implement standardized processes for all aspects of Procurement.• Prepare Request for Quotations for Purchase Orders of various professional and technical services, materials and equipment. • Convert Oracle IProc requisitions to Purchase Orders for materials and services as required. • Perform all administrative responsibilities prior to and after award i.e. negotiations, bid analysis, award, coordinated site deliveries and problem invoice resolution.• Monitor suppliers’ delivery schedules to avoid and eliminate bottlenecks for operational requirements.• Evaluate and monitor contracts to ensure Suppliers as well as commodities/services comply with the terms and conditions of the contract • Build and enhance relationships with suppliers and establish appropriate partnering to provide best value to Company.

Responsible to oversee and manage all ninety (90) day DOT Inspections and Maintenance as follows: • Inspection and repairs of all equipment including kill trucks, trailers and rock over mud pumps. • Daily site visits for service and maintenance as scheduled and required.

Overseeing and maintaining three (3) producing oil leases including but not limited to: • Three (3) Tank Batteries, two (2) Heater Treaters, fifty (50) Natural Gas Driven Pumping Units • Produced Water Injection Facility • Oil Sampling
