• Anticipate, analyses, and recommends future skills requirement based on job market trend, labor supply, and demand to seek the most qualified job seekers in the external marketplace and career minded internal candidates.• Designs, develops, recommends and implements process of evaluation for selecting the best talent to match the organizational requirements and applicants’ expectation.• Develops, recommends, and implements induction system and program to ensure that all necessary information and tools needed to be successful on the job are provided• Communicates guidelines, policy, and procedure to ensure compliance with the recruitment process.• Coach and guide leaders on how to attract and convince applicants/candidates to join the company/team.• Identifies, recommends, coordinate, and manage 3rd party manpower service providers which may include but not limited to executive search agencies, contractual manpower agencies, testing agencies, and more. Responsibilities may include early audit, evaluation and accreditation.• Manage and organize all records and database of recruitment for reference, research, and report purposes. This may include but not limited to archiving, developing templates and submission of reports.

• Ensures enrolment of newly hired employee for HMO insurance.• Inputs the HMO deduction in the payroll system.• Monitors all regularized employees and with 5 years tenure for 1 free dependent.• Monitors all retired associates for a 1 year extension of their HMO benefits.• Regularly submits report to HMO provider for deletion of resigned associates and correction of data.• Processes the monthly HMO billing.• Ensures updated HMO premium payment.• Attends to inquiries regarding HMO benefits.• Ensures enrolment of newly hired employee for Group Life and Personal insurance.• Validates the completeness of details on the enrollment form.• Regularly submits report to GLI and GPA providers for deletion of resigned associates and correction of data.• Monitors all retired associates for a 1 year extension of their Life Insurance benefits.• Ensures that all claims are reported to the Insurance Group on time.• Monitors all the claims and submit all the requirements needed to the Insurance provider.• Checks the eligibility of the beneficiary before releasing the claim cheque.• Attends to inquiries regarding Life and Accident Insurance benefits.
