Administration Role

1 Assist the Managing Director & General Manager in the day to day operation.2 Screening telephone calls, arranging appointments for request and enquiries.3 Preparing report, correspondence with corporate offices through internet and email.4 Preparing Contracts for Clients.5 Ensuring the updates reply for suppliers and clients regarding orders of BSK Decanters, surface aerator for water desalination and wastewater treatment plant.6 Responsible for delivery and pick up of courier through maintained courier company.7 Booking meetings, organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries.8 Taking and finalizing minutes of meeting.9 Composing Memorandum of Understanding for Suppliers, clients, contractors and consultants.10 Coordinating with PRO regarding staff visa processing.11 Preparing and processes purchase orders, invoices, cheque requests, manual cheques and contract payments.12 Mentoring newly hire staff.

1. Checking the incoming shipment and checking the items.2. Segregating items according to sizes, and codes.3. Coordinates inventory of stock and insures product adjustments are properly applied.4. Receives, sorts, logs and distributes all incoming shipments.5. Identifies, locates, obtains and arranges for shipment of requested replacement parts.6. Putting barcodes to the items and scanning from POS to transfer out for delivery to the outlet.7. Updating incoming and outgoing Goods Received Note and Delivery Note.8. Tracking and respond to inquiries regarding distribution and shipping.9. Checking and segregating old collections and send to the multi branded outlet.10. Checking damage items and making reports and discrepancy.
