Rowena is Company Director of Purpose Reimagined Ltd and co-CEO of Ten Years Time. She was Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and National and International Partnerships Manager at Guy’s & St Thomas Foundation. As the Director for DEI, she led the foundation's corporate DEI objectives of embedding and influencing DEI practices both internally & externally, as well as investing in building an equitable legacy for the Foundation and driving cultural change. As the National and International Partnerships Manager for the Impact on Urban Health (IoUH) arm of the Foundation, she led national and global partnerships to create equity and justice in UK local communities and beyond.Rowena focuses on reimaging justice and equity as the essence of purpose-led organisations. She helps organisations reconnect to their purpose with more equitable ways of working and reimagining their mission with justice at its core. In like manner, she helps individuals to refocus their purpose and align values to reimagine beyond current challenges. Rowena is a strong advocate of community leadership and has over 25 years of extensive experience in the not-for-profit and charitable sector, from grassroots community organising to philanthropic trusts and foundations. At the start of her career, she developed a community-led youth centre, which she ran for 10 years, and received a Lambeth Civic Award for Services to Young People. She has a depth and wealth of knowledge in leading cultural change from within organisations, policy influencing, building national and international partnerships, and advocating for socio-economic equity and racial justice. Rowena has a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from Kingston University and an MA in Urban Regeneration from Westminster University. She is a certified Change Management Practitioner and OKR Coach.
