My role included embedding a new digital online service across the partnership, leading the cultural change involved and monitoring operations, expenditures and progress towards targets for funded projects. During this I was able to implement a pan-London telephone assessment service that enabled people in debt to gain advice immediately over the phone or booked straight into their local advice service within the partnership. In addition, I was able to set up a trainee debt adviser programme where volunteers and those wanting to become debt advisers were able to gain practical skills and basic qualifications to be come debt advisers.As well as development and relationship management, I was also responsible for compliance which involved:• Follow up of the performance framework: indicators, targets, results, and data analysis to ensure compliance with funding, conducting risk assessments on projects and issuing remedial action plans where necessary.• Review and improve quality practices throughout the partnership.• Analyse performances, identifying bottlenecks, potential issues and possible options to overcome challenges; Show less
