This was a great success and contributed to a solid growth in revenue• The Macquarie store under my management went from the bottom third of branch performers to achieving the highest gross profit in the company• The Macquarie store won branch of the year five times in consecutive years• I was seconded to research available POS systems for the company. I wrote a business case for the installation of a recommended system for the board of directors. The recommended system was successfully installed across branches
