- Development, maintenance and support of assigned projects.- Tasked to lead the front-end development of a tool which streamlined the process of filing, endorsement, approval, assignment and completion of work orders of the Technical Services Division of the company.- Provide support to team members in terms of design and development.- Incorporate technical considerations into web project design plans, such as budget, software and performance requirements.- Adherence to the team’s coding standards and practices.- Evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, sensitive data are encrypted, properly structured, and as much as possible compatible with major web browsers (latest version of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome).- Develop and maintain the front-end’s group commonly used functions in PHP.- Provide technical specifications, test results, user manuals and other documents as needed.- Convert drafted business requirements into technical specifications.- Provide a proof-of-concept using discovered libraries, APIs and other web technologies.- Maintain understanding of current web technologies and programming practices through continued education and/or reading.- Collaborate with people in and outside of team to achieve desired results.- Effectively manages time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on time.
