I have spent the last few years building my knowledge base and expanding my understanding of the industry through running my own company, Mohala Design Ltd, which my partner and I started in 2015.Mohala Design has continued to work alongside my previous employer, Smiths Group, as a partner company. We have also taken out contracts with other industry leading clients such as ISS Support Services, Soltech, Fortnum & Mason and Freya Spirit. As a creative designer, I have worked on numerous high-profile projects. In 2016 I spent six months working as the in-house designer for ISS Support Services, helping them to update the look and feel of their internal communications and on-boarding material. My work involves a good working knowledge of industry standard programs such as the Adobe suite, an ability to work to strict deadlines and extremely good customer communication.This has been an exciting and educational journey.

My work as a part of the Smiths Group Creative Media Team was a fantastic education in working in a high-profile corporate environment. I was responsible for several of my own projects, working closely with the customer throughout to ensure a high quality, on-brand output. I also contributed to many group projects, requiring high levels of organisation, time management and collaborative skills.This was a varied role involving filming, photography, recording voice overs, directing people, managing projects, graphic design, video creation, and e-learning.
