The team at F&M were looking to investigate further ways of appealing and marketing to twenty-somethings as part of their global marketing strategy. We worked together to bring 15 of my friends together from different backgrounds and career paths into an evening workshop event and research group whereby we devised ideas and plans of how Fortnum's could further appeal to the younger generations.
