• Currently a senior-level department-head manager whose primary focus is analyzing, negotiating, managing and executing contracts for an annual revenue average of $10M-$14M of commercial inventory across two major-market radio stations• Primary focus, using Wide Orbit enterprise software, is to integrate multiple financial, revenue and inventory functions across multiple departments utilizing quantitative methods and analyses• Aid VP/General Manager with contract negotiations for various critical business products/services• Develop various reports and conduct analytical studies, highlighting inventory supply and demand• Examine, execute and improve internal and external Sarbanes-Oxley audit results for federal compliance with the FCC and aid in contracts for licensing renewal• Develop, conduct and manage training programs for staff members and review work of other staff members who contribute to the financial reports for upper management• Coordinate projects assigned by management to ensure the financial reporting programs are accurate, effective and efficient• Ensure data needed by executive/senior-level management is readily available for decision making• Attend meetings with corporate and upper-level management, as well as outside contractors and clients, regarding various contractual agreements• Major achievements include converting main IT Marketron revenue and inventory management data software to Wide Orbit revenue system (two month concurrent process for transition)• Facilitated as primary local market contact while training closely with Wide Orbit specialists
