Drastic improvement to Zone ranking (top 3) and score has doubled since implementing.+Direct influence on driving the following KPIs: • FTE Productivity through guiding the FTE budgeting process for the Zone, targeted exec reporting and org management scenarios • Masterdata integrity improved from 52% to 96% in 5 months.• Leadership Turnover through relaunch of Predictive Turnover tool – Improved by critically analysing the machine learning algorithm parameters, identifying calculation errors, & collaborating with developers to improve predictive accuracy. Training conducted through smaller, targeted training groups and linked prediction results to their LTO KPI & discussed flagged individuals in their areas to enhance user relevance.• 2024 SAB Top Employer - Worked on 3 out of the 7 audit pillars to enable SAB to get accredited for the first time.
