GHC global footprint extends from Europe to Africa to Middle East to South Asia to Far East.Technical Services Engineer is part of GHC Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) and functions as lead for AW189, Bell 412, EC155, and S-92 helicopters. Technical Services Engineer's main responsibility is acting as focal point for technical queries related to the system and fleet issues. Upon receiving a query, Technical Services Engineer should formulate a solution to resolve the query. If required, Technical Services Engineer is responsible to liaise with the OEM to obtain technical solution to the issue. All queries have to be responded in a timely manner to maintain fleet availability.Furthermore, Technical Service Engineer continuously reviews fleet reliability data and actively engaged in incidents and accidents investigation. Consequently, Technical Service Engineer recommends necessary actions or product improvement to ensure a safe and efficient operation.In addition to the aforementioned, technical literature issued by OEM, STC holders, and airworthiness authority shall be reviewed by Technical Services Engineer.If requested, Technical Services Engineer provides HUMS support for the company AW139 and AW189 fleet.

In addition, Head of Technical Services acted as point of contact for technical queries from internal and external parties. I was honored to be part of the team who participated in the development and certification of the company's approved maintenance organization

Travira Air, a world-class charter air service operator & maintenance services provider headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.Technical Services Engineer acted as a dedicated point of contact for technical queries on AW139 helicopters. My main responsibility was providing solution to those queries through technical literature review, engineering and reliability analysis, and collaboration with OEMs and vendors. In addition, I was also responsible for amendment of operator maintenance program and other duties assigned by Head of Technical Service.I was honored to be able to assist the company increasing its AW139 availability by 5% through engineering and reliability analysis resulting in new maintenance policies. Also, I was appointed to organize and participate in AW139 Virus Screen Modification project to keep the clients safe during Covid-19 pandemics. Therefore, those are my notable achievements during my time with Travira Air.

Engineering & Planning Staff planned, controlled, and reported line maintenance activities for various narrow body aircraft. During planning phase, it was required to liaised with Logistic Department for spares and tools required to support the activity. Engineering & Planning Staff was also required to liaise with Lead Engineer and Customer Technical Representative regarding any discrepancies found during the activities. It was also required to check the compliance of documentation and develop final report whenever the activities was finished.In addition, development of record keeping system was also part of the role. All maintenance record was sorted by customer name and work order number then stored in an air-cooled storage to prevent damage to it.
