During this period with M Ahmed, I have gathered experience on global best practices auditing procedures, management process, special business review, accounts preparation and this training also provide me the opportunity of understand the basic of income tax, VAT, excise laws, stock and asset reconciliation also various other practical finance and audit. Some of my experiences are enumerated below:Auditing Services:➢Prepare and update audit related procedure i.e. organizational profile, audit program, strategy memorandum, risk analysis, internal control questionnaire (ICQ);➢Planning the audit procedure based on the nature, timing, activities and financial involvement of the organization and the operational flow;➢Identify the nature and extent of analytical procedure and select risk level;➢Discuss with management and partners about the audit issues and observations;➢Evaluate and examining of the adequacy of books of accounts and regulatory compliances;➢Supervise and review the work of the team in field level also review the financial statement of an audit report;➢Prepare management report and recommendation and internal audit report.Manual and proposal:➢Develop accounting manual and prepare Financial Statements (FS) for clients;➢Ensure depth knowledge of the accounting and financial function for developing various manuals;➢Prepare the budget in terms of time and cost and conduct variance analysis.Consultancy and Review:➢Preparing reports, financial analysis and budgetary control process for client;➢Required improvement and implementation of various control systems and conducting valuation of fixed assets;➢Review administrative and operating procedures of manual, fixed assets, travel management, training, contracts and delegation of authorities for checking the compliance.➢Review documents, agreements, MOA, AOA, organization chart of the organizations.
