RowSource.com launched on New Year's Day 2014, with a mission to fill a void in the world of rowing: Create a resource specifically for masters rowers, coaches, and coxswains. This demographic is often overlooked in favor of scholastic, collegiate, and elite-level rowers and programs.

Go Coastal Rowing promotes and supports the sport of FISA coastal rowing, and seeks to be the driving force behind the adoption and development of FISA coastal rowing throughout the United States.

Formalized a 16-week, three-session-per-week, off-season land-based training program for masters rowers. Develop and implement training plans offering a well-rounded approach to training the athletic body by incorporating core fitness, erg workouts, and yoga-based stretching with discussions about nutrition and chiropractic care. Manage 20-40 program participants per winter season.

Program Development, Community Involvement, and Culture Enhancement:• Promote DC Strokes'​ culture of excellence in rowing, competition, sportsmanship, and community involvement. • Actively engage rowers and coaches to foster program commitment, recruitment, and growth.• Participate in off-water team events to grow team resources, community connections, and to further team cohesion. • Be available to coaches, rowers, and Board members to answer questions and provide guidance, expertise, and feedback. • Develop and maintain local community and rowing community relationships to support recruitment, development, and outreach opportunities. Foster Rowing Programs:• Work with the Board to determine sprint and head season regatta schedules, including local regattas and major events such as USRowing Masters Nationals and Head of the Charles.• Coordinate regatta planning – ensuring registration deadlines are met; arranging fleet availability and usage; coxswain education and race preparation.• Work with the coaching staff to develop and promote a coordinated training plan for all programs• Support the team's diversity and mission to promote inclusive competitive rowing.Support Club Safety Culture:• Developed and implemented a coxing manual • Developed and implemented solo coaching procedures

Developed sprint and head season training plan for a 31-week, five-practices-per week, competitive masters sweep program. Organized and lead team practices five mornings a week. Set expectations and goals for rowers with emphasis on developing technique, fitness, and racing performance. Evaluated program members, proctored erg tests, set regatta line-ups, and coordinate regatta planning and logistics. Coordinate with assistant coach to promote an integrated training plan for all program members. Provided basic and advanced coxswain training for daily practices and preparation for regattas. Managed a roster of 35+ rowers. Handled basic rigging and fleet maintenance.

Collaborated with the head to coach to organize a 31-week, five-practices-per week program for masters rowers. Determined and assigned weekly erg workouts, provided input on daily training plans with the goal of raising the team to the highest level of excellence possible. Helped to set regatta line-ups, develop race plans, and oversee regatta day logistics. Provided basic and advanced coxswain training for daily practices and preparation for regattas. Managed a roster of 20-30 rowers.

Structured and organized of a 23-week, four-practices-per-week development program for masters rowers. Instructed Learn to Row program graduates with wide-ranging athletic abilities and experience to improve rowing technique and overall fitness. Provided the athletes with basic and advanced coxswain training for practices and preparation for regattas. Set all regatta line-ups and oversaw regatta day logistics. Managed a roster of 30-45 rowers.

In partnership with Serve Your City – a non-profit community organization – developed, organized, scheduled, launched, and coached a program for under-served urban youth. Taught introductory rowing technique, equipment knowledge, and water safety. Organized volunteers from local high school crews and Serve Your City interns. The program provided a safe after school activity with a focus on building trust through teamwork.

Arlington,Va

In partnership with the head coach, introduced novice rowers to the sport, and prepared them for participation in head races, including basic coxswain training. Taught student athletes how to care for equipment, to be safe on the water, and understand the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. The crew retained all of its members, with zero attrition over the course of the season.

Potomac, Md
