Receive calls from customers new and existing for service, qualify all calls to ensure dispatched properly for emergency and non emergency or preventive maintenance. Setup all new customers’ accounts in Field Centrix prepare work order assign and dispatch to technician. Follow up with customer to ensure satisfaction on work performed.Support 5 sales reps.
