I began in 2016 as a sales person, my responsibilities included:- monitoring 4 email inboxes and answering all incoming emails- creating and issuing quotes on request- managing the Facebook page and answering all messages and comments on the pageBy 2017, I was also entrusted with assisting our national branches in doing calculations for quotes and assisting with bedroom concepts. I was also placing orders directly with suppliers and tracking payments with our accounts. By 2019, I was working alone in the head office with meetings in the afternoon to review the day, my additional responsibilities were: - managing the bank account for incoming payments and making payments to suppliers- updating the online store with received payments and managing the invoicing for the customers- placing orders with suppliers, tracking and arranging collection - arranging courier daily for all orders that needed to be dispatched
