-Performing basic admin duties including sending emails, printing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.-Systematically filing important company documents-Assist inventory controlling staff in maintaining inventory records-Organize office operations and procedures and maintain a contact lists-Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time-Daily verify the if the cash register is correct and adjust sale balance if needed-Scheduling work-shifts of all personnel, prepare monthly schedule, maintain up-to-date employee holidayrecords-Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition-Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers-Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)-Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs;maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques-Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies;placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies-Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives-Monitor and maintain store inventory-Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs-Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best-Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates-Suggest sales training techniques-Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs-Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning-Handle complaints from customers-Research emerging products and use information to update the store's merchandise-Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable-Act as our store's representative and set an example for our staffHiring-Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
