About Roxana Comsa

Judicial and Rule of Law expert specialized in criminal law and human rights with over 20 years’ experience. National judge in my native Romania and international judge in EU mission in Kosovo. Experience in judicial training and mentoring, capacity building and judicial reform in criminal justice sector in Middle East, MENA region or Moldova. Strong interest in fields like war crimes, humanitarian law, juvenile justice, gender-based violence, terrorism, organized crime and corruption offences, as well as independence of judiciary. Certified trainer with extensive experience in curriculum design and evaluation. Capitalizing on my studies in law and peace and post- conflict reconstruction, my current projects focuss on human rights and strengthen the justice sector capabilities.
