During this position I’ve developed several abilities such as:➣Preparing and posting various job descriptions on different platforms dedicated to job searching, such as BestJobs and LinkedIn Platform, in order to aim for a strong pipeline of talent for our hiring needs.➣Actively searching for suitable candidates using different channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter Platform, internal databases or other related platforms.➣Reviewing and selecting candidates’ applications that meet the right qualifications for the positions available.➣Scheduling and conducting HR interviews with the selected candidates in order to check the candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.➣Supervising the entire recruitment process, maintaining the communications between the candidates involved in our recruitment processes and the clients by providing feedbacks and scheduling meetings.➣Keeping a great communication with our clients’ internal departments to help us understand, establish and provide the best solutions for their needs.➣Ensuring that all recruitment stages are updated accordingly and keeping the candidates’ records organised using an internal databases developed to help us working clean and efficiently. ➣Negotiating, creating and extending job offers to the candidates according to their salary expectations, vacations days or other requested benefits.
