I’m Roxana Dobrescu, commercetools chief people officer, a restless change agent with two decades of experience, and a driver of impactful people management and engagement throughout organizations. Prior to commercetools, I held a number of leadership roles – including Labster, Glovo, and Aspen Global – where I earned a reputation for organizational transformation.
