The primary responsibilities within this role is to proactively manage customer service, supply chain logistics, efficient and effective warehouse procedures, to ensure a proactive and intelligent approach is applied to Customer Experience, Contract delivery, 360 Degree Communication, Service Partner Management and Operational Support.• Management of customer service journey and experience• Designing and interpreting SOP's• Ensuring Company Compliance• Manage supply chain logistics• Maintain efficient and effective warehouse stock levels and processes• First-class customer service • Handling all customer complaints efficiently and effectively • Manage and maintain software systems• Demonstrate the company values and lead by example

➤Liaising with a team of four to offer first-class customer service for clients and visitors of the building➤Check in and check out guests➤Training new staff members and temporary cover staff➤Operating a switchboard in a warm, professional and happy manner ensuring all call are promptly directed➤Ensuring that reception area is clean and tidy at all times and all defects are reported ➤Health & Safety Champion➤Communicating efficiently and effectively with reception team, building management and security in regards to events and stalls visiting the building➤Creating an Events calendar, Building Newsletter, posters, advertising and promoting building events on Locale (Building Software Tool) having full responsibility of the Events page➤Complying to Health & safety rules when planning and holding events ➤Carrying out any reasonable task asked of me by Management team

➸ Ensuring a close working relationship with both, General Manager and Operations Manager to deliver an effective service to a multi tenanted building being the first point of contact in all instances➸ Consulting with the client on a daily basis to identify and ensure the job is carried out to the highest standards➸ Maintaining staff attendance logs and timesheets for submission to HR➸ Ensuring clients and visitors are handled in a professional and friendly manner ➸ Working closely along the onsite and external helpdesk to ensure all issues are reported and actioned in a timely manner and in line with Health & Safety➸ Arranging deliveries and stock intakes
