As a Human Resources Manager I am responsible for standardizing workplace policies and procedures. Process a Weekly Payroll for 300 employees using ADP easy labor and pay experts. Conducting open enrollment for benefit Orientation.Responsible for all aspects of recruitment including screening, interviewing, touring and hiring all employees. Process regulation forms in the Company Handbook. Administrate the employee benefit plan and related programs; conducting benefits orientations to all employees. Perform background checks and E- verifyPrepares employee separation notices and related documentation, conducts exit interviews and assists with termination meetingsCommunicate and train workforce on sexual harassment all orientation were conducted in Spanish and English.Identify the organization’s safety program needs.Develop/select, and implement occupational injury and illness prevention, safety incentive, and training programs. Prepare weekly safety updates for management; Safety logs, OSHA logs, Safety Orientations.Develop employment relations programs and Coordinate company events.
