Responsabilities:•Plan and execute outbound and inbound shipments•Booking in customer portals•Invoicing customers•Preparation of customs documents •Customers inquiries•Booking and collection of shipments as well as follow-up on deliveries•Claims handling

Responsabilities :•Ensure daily responsibilities are accomplished•Delegating tasks , answering customers/employee questions and resolving issues•Complete all necessary report•Established efficient workload processes•Analyse and optimize the processes•Supervise the completion of assigned work•Train new team members•Reports and records relating to product returns•Manage returns both from e-commerce and in-store ( B2B ,B2C )•Processing returns in different platforms

Responsibilities:• Sorting , organizing , storing inventory in the proper location , processing for delivery• Preparing documentation and inventory for audit•Reporting damaged or missing inventory•Working as an active team member to complete the team goals•Tag and label merchandise•Inspect and verify products and merchandize worth returningback into inventory•Picking stock from and replenishing shelves
