Initiated a corporate less-than-truckload core carrier program reducing the number of carriers from 30+ to 5 and degreased damage claims from 50% to 10%.•Managed private truck fleet at multiple locations. Instituted a dedicated truckload and LTL operation saving $330K annually.Elevated “on-time delivery" service levels to 97%.•Instituted cost savings programs >$350K each year through pricing negotiations, carrier alliances, implementation of intermodal shipping, truckload consolidation.
