Senior Credit Officer – Retail Division - Credit Decision: All credit application – secured and unsecured loans: Mortgage Loans and Services (financial and mortgage services)-primary; Personal Loans; Credit Cards; Overdrafts-secondary. Responsibilities: Ensure credit applications processing: credit verification, analysis and approval/rejection. Ensure that for all secured loans are verified all documents before disbursal according to the procedures and processes in place. Improve audit ratings and ensure compliance to all procedures. Pursue Operational excellence and optimize operational risk. Ensure notifications to Fraud and Prevention Department for any suspicious situation. Ensure knowledge of all procedures in place and immediate implementation of any changes. Ensure post approval and post rejection review for the credit applications processed during the month. Signature rights Type: S - according with the Ascertaining Certificate from the Register of Commerce. Recommends changes/enhancements to credit policies and procedures relevant to business needs. Improve daily activities with new ideas and solutions regarding process and procedures. Sustain each other in solving daily activities with a positive attitude and team player spirit. Demonstrate ethics and integrity in decisions and actions, manage the risk effectively and develop capacity to adapt to all the changes in credit policy and to solve all the problems in the most effective way. Improve knowledge of all operations and processes in Retail Lending Department in order to process all types of operations in place.
