Main roles and responsibilities:1. Chief Accountant- establishing accounting and fiscal treatments- setting up working procedures depending on client’s activity / services rendered- preparing or revising fiscal and managerial reports (tax statements, annual financial statements, management and operational reports)- determining tax risks- working actively to determine possible ways to increase efficiency2. Time management- continuous planning and establishing priorities- making sure that the activities are efficient and well organized- time management3. Leader- ongoing concern for leading and developing a team of 5-8 members- providing training (new joiner training, on-the-job training, other training programs)- keeping track and supervising team members development according to training plan4. Client Relations Management- permanent focus on improving services quality and rise client satisfaction- participate or coordinate the process of taking over a new client

Main roles and responsibilities:- Review the accuracy of bookkeeping of all journal entries and accounting documents into the general ledger for allocated clients (expense reports, bank statements, monthly closing bookings);- Prepare the Financial Statements, both annual and semi-annual;- Prepare and Review the VAT journals, CIT and WHT computation and related returns;- Representing the allocated clients with the tax authorities representatives;Secondment:- Manage day-to-day activities for one of our client, from pharma industry- Review/post the manual journal entries;- Manage balance sheet account reconciliations process of all balance sheet accounts and ensure timely resolution and clean of overdue items identified. Ensure proper accounting of financial transactions and accounting specific questions are well addressed and solved.- Actively manage the review of accounts to ensure all financial transactions are valid and recorded to ensure accuracy of reported data, perform variance analysis and plausibility checks using different sources of information- Manage period-end closing and reporting in accordance with local laws and Group required standards• Reporting/Systems:- Responsible for month-end closing;- Ensure that figures reported are correct;

Main roles and responsibilities:- transaction processing (Navision), related to: bank accounts, petty cash, expense reports, vendors, customers, accruals, fixed assets, VAT closing, revaluation, P&L closing- liaising with the bank, vendors and sometimes with the customers- P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations;- prepare the VAT journals and tax returns (300 return, 394 return, 390 return);- maintain an active communication with the Tax Authorities on behalf of the client
