Sourcing from my educational background, my professional experience in school and corporate environments, as well as first hand exposure to the Finnish education system, I feel passionate about helping students, parents, and teachers achieve their educational goals and prepare for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow's world of work.With over 10 years of experience in finance, consulting, and project management, I have been involved in a vast array of projects where diligence, thoughtfulness and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders were key. I am currently looking to continue to use the skills and traits I have gained throughout my professional career and equally expand my expertise in psychology, pedagogy and educational sciences. I believe that this mix of competencies could be successfully applied in educational contexts where I can make a positive impact on the future of learning and work. My main interests are towards roles in the areas of educational counseling, vocational counseling, teaching, community building or school administration.Most recently, I have worked as the Finance and Business Development Manager at Școala Finlandeză ERI Sibiu where I coordinated a small finance team and supported the expansion of the Romanian-Finnish ERI Schools network, adding new education levels and locations.
