Creative Marketing Project Manager
CurrentManage retail projects from inception to final delivery of creative assets, developing and maintaining timelines, and proactively guiding projects through the workflow system to ensure on-time delivery. Oversee internal and external processes, ensuring effective resource allocation and managing client relationships.• Serve as the primary point of contact for project intake, management, resource allocation, and planning for multichannel programs for Georgia-Pacific's brands, including Dixie, Angel Soft, Brawny, Quilted Northern, Vanity Fair, Sparkle, and Aria. Focus on audience acquisition and engagement.• Work directly with the Creative Design and Consumer Experience teams to elevate strategies and enhance the effectiveness of marketing communications. Manage day-to-day operations of various projects across digital marketing, packaging, in-store promotions, video/photography production, e-commerce, and adaptive content.• Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Creative Leads to establish project schedules and timelines, improve in-house agency processes following business integration, and ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets. Guarantee timely delivery of creative assets, optimizing team resourcing, utilization rates, and bandwidth to enhance project efficiency
