• Planning the activities, coordinating, monitoring and delegating responsibilities within the Division; • Responsible for implementing the measures necessary for the performance of the production activity in accordance with the established parameters;• Deciding with regard to the measures necessary for the optimization of the workflow; responsible for their implementation; • Making recommendations to the Director of the Operations Department in order to establish the action directions within the division;• Informing his/her subordinates of the company strategy and the measures necessary in order to achieve the established objectives, ensuring the efficient implementation of the measures;• Deciding with regard to the necessary modifications to the databases used in the Division’s activity;• Recording any specific operation in the IT system when the limits established for the subordinates prevent them from doing so, as well as whenever necessary;• Coordinating the Partnership with Medical Clinics• Deciding with regard to/approving the settlement solutions provided in special cases or as a result of client complaints sent by the sales force;• Whenever necessary, collaborating with the other company departments in order to ensure that quality services are provided to the internal/external clients;• Giving opinions with regard to the improvement of the internal work rules and procedures;

 Responsible for delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers within the organization. Drive the Underwriting strategy of the Company by establishing and implementing policies and procedures for issuing Individual policies in line with the Company’s objectives.  Recruit, train, manage and develop staff as are required to carry out the functions within area of responsibility Identify and develop talents, assure succession planning to keep the business continuity Demonstrate strong relationship management skills with key stakeholders and customers Identify opportunities to make improvements, make recommendations based on cost benefits, and work with our project teams to implement change Participate in major interdepartmental projects concerning the digitalization strategy Overall management of the New Business and Underwriting department Closely monitor capacity planning, review production objectives, anticipated peak production periods and effect plans to meet regular workflow demands and contingencies  Monitor performance and work on improving KPIs including, NIGO (Not in good order) and TAT( Turnaround Time) Periodically audit the underwriting and risk selection process for all product lines and propose recommendations for changes, if any  Collaborate with external or internal partners in order to control risk and provide customer service of high quality and safeguard proper in force policies handling Provide statistical analysis that will provide valuable data concerning the underwritten policies Support distribution networks and provide automations and simplifications on the underwriting process in order to provide high quality of customer service Ensure and monitor compliance of taken risks and reinsurance limits and terms laid down by the Reinsurance Policy Participate in major interdepartmental projects concerning the digitization strategy

 Coordinate Department’s activities in concordance with legal provisions and companies strategy by performing a high quality services;  Project Manager on IT and Operation integration process; Project manager in process of development internal application; Prepare and sustain presentation/trainings for Agency Specialist and Agents; Prepare detailed information related to budget planning; Represent the company in Operational meetings with Supervisory Commission, APAPR or Pension House; Responsible of department internal or external audit.
