I am a Project Manager, Release Manager and Security Focal point for IBM Watson Commerce organization. In my role, I manage three separate offerings under the IBM Watson Commerce organization. Those offerings are IBM Watson Commerce Insights, IBM Watson Order Management Business User Controls and IBM Dynamic Pricing.In my role as Project Manager, I’m responsible to work with the leadership team at the product, offering and service level to plan continues delivery daily, weekly, and quarterly deliverables and to lead all the squads( 20+ team members) on a daily basis to ensure the sprint goals are being met, to break the blockers, align all the involved squads and drive the execution of delivery plan, manage the risks, internal and external dependencies from the planning phase till push to production throughout the full life cycle of project.In my role as Release Manager, I adhere to IBM release processes and making sure all processes are in place and properly done. Some example of these processes are: Open Source approval (legal), Third party processes, Export Classification, Product clearance ( Certificate of Originality), Secure Engineering (Threat modeling, Internal & External Pen testing, Static & Dynamic AppScan planning and execution ), Secure Deployment monitoring and control.As part of my Security Focal role, I’m making sure all offerings adhere to latest security requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27002, and IBM ITSS.

Leading the SVT team for WebSphere Commerce, Watson Digital Commerce, and Commerce Insights. This role requires leading 15+ team members ( Toronto & China) to ensure the team meets the committed deliverables. My overall responsibility is to : Plan, Execute, and control Performance team's deliverables for all three major products. In my capacity as Performance lead, I've worked with external teams to ensure environment availability for their integration projects. In addition I've worked closely with offering management to define Performance Data Profile and Traffic Profiles to be used by test team.I've also worked as a focal point for Performance team with AppDelivery to ensure all the Performance team's environments hosted in SoftLayer Data Center are in working condition for testing. As a Process Analyst I oversee the completion of the daily administration tasks for BOD ( Bank Organization Database) and WEBMPM ( Web-enabled Monthly Progress Monitor ) which are applied through established processes as well as supporting the process groups in governing adherence to established policies and processes.

• Mark to market for outstanding U.S. Cash Securities.• Monthly fees & rebates • Daily Equity & Bond credit limit reporting • Convertible Hedge calculations.• NRT calculations.• DCS Pledges and releases for Canadian securities .• Daily Mark to market for outstanding U.S. and Canadian collateral.• Daily Profit &Loss reports for Traders.• Setting up and processing all U.S. new loans and full or partial return of U.S. loans under DTC &DCS. • processing all U.S. new borrows and full or partial return of U.S. borrows under DTC & DCS. • Preparation of month end file for monthly fees/rebates including plugging in the fees/rebates that have been processed last month, proper explanation of the write-offs for receivable or payable accounts, plugging in the fees/rebates that must be processed, plugging in the NRT figures on loans and borrows, plugging in the convertible hedge figures on U.S. & CDN, including the DRIP for specific counter-parties.
