Managed to get a very good resolution time for the customers` requirements/questions. Managed to process a number of files that was higher than the Bucharest average. Using Excel, I have created a file tracking model that was implemented in the entire Bucharest department. I have discovered 4 cases of fraud, sparing the company of important financial loss. I won the Imagine Prize for the ideas of improvement of the department`s activities, of tracking the files. I researched ways to reduce the time for analysis, achieving first place in the projects month, another contest carried within the company. I won the "Acting UW Coordinator" prize in July.
