About Roxana Caplan
I am an architectural designer and crafter enthusiastically looking for agencies of designing for the planet and people, with a passion for ecological approaches, material circularity and regionalism, and regenerative practices, investigating ways of designing with and for other species. As a spatial climate activist, I seek to challenge the conventional design processes aiming for rediscovering the culture of care and repair in architecture, being of the opinion that architecture is not a final product, but rather an ever-changing presence created and re-shaped by its inhabitants and its environment. I strongly believe change can be made possible through social engagement and education, by raising awareness through creative collaborative projects that can enable sharing of diverse cultures and ideas.
