About Roxana Antohi
Roxana is the founder and COO of ELISA, Mexico’s first fresh and healthy child nutrition company. Passionate about instigating social change, her work has spanned human rights issues in China and Turkey, language literacy in Latin America, and now child nutrition in Mexico through her role at ELISA.Originally from a small Romanian village, she taught herself English during her gap year and earned a full scholarship at the University of Cambridge, graduating with Honours in Law. She remains active in the Cambridge community, serving on the committee for Cambridge Alumni in Mexico and aiding Mexican students returning from Cambridge.During her time at Cambridge, Roxana was also Editor at the university newspaper Varsity. She continues to pursue her love for writing by publishing the Amela newsletter weekly for entrepreneurs in Latin America. Additionally, she is a FoodHack Ambassador in Mexico City, fostering the growth of startups in food tech. Roxana's accomplishments include winning the King’s College Entrepreneurship Award in 2023 and being named one of Forbes' 30 Business Promises for 2024.
