Sunt psiholog clinician specialist și psihoterapeut în Consiliere și Psihoterapii Scurte Colaborative, orientate pe resurse și soluții, cu experiență clinică în lucrul cu stresul și anxietatea, mai ales în context medical.În 2008 am început facultatea de psihologie și în paralel am completat paleta de cunoștințe cu formări în NLP (Practitioner & Master) și Coaching (MetaSystème, MCC Alain Cardon), Training (formator | Train of Trainers), iar ulterior cu module din terapia de scurtă durată. În 2014-2016, am urmat în paralel Masterul de Psihotraumatologie & Asistare Psihologică (Univ. din București) și cel de Psihologie clinică & Consiliere Psihologică (Univ. Hyperion). Creez cursuri online cu credite de la Colegiul Psihologilor pentru psihologi & psihoterapeuți și pentru publicul larg pe diverse teme: frica de respingere, comunicare asertivă și managementul stresului.La începutul lui 2018 m-am relocat în Salonic, iar în perioada 2019-2023 am predat cursuri de psihologie în cadrul CITY College unde am obținut titlul de Honorary Lecturer.Programele și sesiunile online reprezintă un răspuns firesc al cererilor din partea clienților. În 2022 am lansat site-ul www.mindear.ro cu meditații audio ghidate, cu focus pe anxietate, fobii și relaxare.
