▪ Answer, evaluate and prioritize inbound telephone, voice mail, e-mail requests for technical assistance with hardware, software for French speaking customers; ▪ Responds to customer requests and questions regarding the service, products;▪ Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries in a timely manner and provide a good customer care experience;▪ Consults with advanced team members and their liaisons to understand software and hardware errors; ▪ Notifies appropriate internal personnel of issues at a particular account;▪ Documenting calls clearly and accurately in call tracking database.
