I have the joy to work in People & Performance (HR) at Kraft Heinz Company, so of course that makes me not only a people enthusiastic but also a Ketchup fanatic. Born in Venezuela, and with a background in law I decided to take a new challenge on the FMCG industry joining KHC in 2018. From that moment on I had the chance to work with teams across the globe and live in Brazil , the Netherlands and currently based in Chicago at our North America HQ.I am passionate about continuous improvement, and bring that passion in the projects I have lead around talent development for front line employees, diversity in supply chain, performance management and organizational design always tied with core business programs and functional strategy.My biggest motivation is to drive positive impact and cultural transformation.
