CurrentOPERATIONS - Responsible for oversight of all administrative operations that fall under the purview of the Family Therapy Training Program including: recruitment, orientation, and cross-training of administrative staff to perform functions required for operation of the Master’s Program, Post Degree Program, and Continuing Education program. Assists with monthly reconciliation and analysis of University FAO reports, problem resolution of revenue and expense trends, and variances. In collaboration with the Academic Finance Administrator and Administrator, Psychiatry Education: (1), oversee registration processes for matriculated and non-matriculated graduate students; (2) ensure that semester working reports are accurate and submitted in accordance with GEPA deadlines; (3) track; (4) prepare expense budgets related to existing educational programs; (5) process student scholarships, serving as liaison between Training Program and offices including the Bursar’s office and Financial Aid Office as needed; and (6) work in conjunction with Department of Psychiatry Administration to process additional compensation for training program faculty.

Responsible for the timely creation and distribution of accurate digital admissions and scholarship offer letters and related materials. Annual and periodic maintenance and updates to communications and management of materials inventory. Enter credit card, check, and wire-transfer payments’ information for application fees and enrollment deposits in admissions’ platform. Manage the I-20 and DS-2019 process for enrolled Full-time MBA and MS international students, as well as facilitate communication between the admissions office, the student, and the International Services Office. Maintain a positive working relationship with the International Services Office for routine and non-routine questions, advising, and counsel. Timely execution of outbound e-mail communications to applicants and students. Maintain inventory of e-communications, proof/test all draft e-mails, develop or update queries to identify targeted audiences, and track outcomes. Offer operational redesign and process improvement recommendations to enable effective and streamlined approaches. DATA - Conduct regular data integrity assessments of submitted applicant data to ensure accuracy for use in annual, national and international media surveys, rankings, and reports. Includes oversight, collection and verification of official documents, including standardized exam scores and college transcripts. Execute daily ApplyYourself to Darden data transfers. Periodically review data between systems to confirm correctness.STAFF MANAGEMENT - Training, oversight and day-to-day management of student workers and/or part-time time-as-reported support staff during seasonal admission-cycle peaks.
