Roxana Rotundo is the CEO and founder of VIP 2000 TV, an independent distribution company based in Miami, specializing in films and content for the Hispanic market. With over 20 years of industry experience, Roxana has curated a catalog of more than 3,000 hours of content.In 2014, VIP 2000 TV ventured into original content production, creating over 200 hours of Spanish-language programming. Among their notable productions is the two-season series "Amores Que Engañan," the first original series for Lifetime Channel in Latin America. The company has also produced 10 Christmas movies celebrating Latin traditions, featuring well-known actors.In 2023, VIP 2000 TV expanded its reach by signing significant co-production deals with major studios to develop intellectual properties. One highlight is "Golpes," a film scripted by Oscar-winning writer Nicolás Giacobone. In 2024, VIP 2000 TV announced its first Turkish telenovela co-production, "KUMA, The Other Wife," a 100-episode series shot in Istanbul. That same year, the company finished production of "Valentina, My Special Love," a series co-produced with Zee Entertainment, filmed in Mexico, a telenovela that champions autism acceptance.Roxana is deeply committed to supporting women in the audiovisual industry. She serves as the Chair of the Worldwide Audiovisual Women Association (WAWA) board of directors, a nonprofit organization with over 600 members globally. WAWA focuses on connecting women in the audiovisual sector.She is also a dedicated advocate for people with hearing loss, serving on the Board of Trustees for the Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA). This nonprofit is dedicated to opening the world of communication to those with hearing loss, a mission close to Roxana's heart due to her personal experience with progressive hearing loss and as a recipient of two cochlear implants.Roxana is a member and juror of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, contributing her expertise to recognize excellence in global television.
