Architect, Project Manager, and Founding Partner of GLU Consulting.Graduated from ITESO in 2010 (Guadalajara, Jalisco), with a Master's in Project Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara and a specialization in Project Management (PMI). Additionally, she has complemented her education with various diplomas, courses, and certifications at both the national and international levels.With over 15 years of experience in the real estate development sector, she has worked on high-profile projects, collaborating with top developers, firms, suppliers, contractors, and clients, both national and international. Her career has been pivotal in the execution of some of the most iconic projects in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara.For 13 years, she worked at Grupo DMI (creators of Andares), the leading real estate developer in western Mexico, where she held the position of Project Director (in the fields of hospitality, corporate offices, retail, and residential, among others). In this role, she managed projects totaling over 300,000 m² of construction, covering all stages of development: from feasibility and viability to planning, pre-construction, construction, and post-sale.In 2023, she founded GLU Consulting, a firm specializing in providing advisory services to real estate developers throughout all phases of a project's lifecycle. Its main focus is on the feasibility, planning, and pre-construction stages, also offering support in optimizing internal operations and processes. Based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology, GLU Consulting aims to create high-quality projects for their inhabitants and the surrounding environment, while maximizing efficiency, profitability, and added value for the projects it advises.
