Roxana Saidi is the Founder and CEO of Táche, a delicious plant-based pistachio company. In 2015 in her search for a healthier, more-environmentally friendly alternative to non-dairy milk, Roxana turned to her family’s favorite nut - the pistachio - and launched Táche in 2020 at the peak of the pandemic. At Táche, Roxana leads growth strategy, product development, creative direction, and more. Since founding, the brand has expanded from two flavors to five, launched into the snacking category a limited edition pistachio cocoa butter, and most recently the only ready-to-drink pistachio milk latte on the market.A mom herself, Roxana devotes her time outside of Táche to mentoring aspiring women entrepreneurs and more broadly, investing in the education for the next generation of women. Over the past two years Roxana has hosted monthly office hours to help mentor budding entrepreneurs. This is in addition to the work she does with Táche’s partner since day one, the Lower Eastside Girls Club of New York.
