• More than 15 yrs. of experience in designing and implementation/supervision of various EU, WB, UN and other donors funded project dealing with a wide range of energy and environment issues: energy efficiency, energy labeling, climate change, biodiversity conservation, waste and water management, support for developing local energy and environmental actions plans, support for central/local government to design and implement programmes for the implementation of various UN Conventions and EU Directives, water management etc.• Experience of working with various stakeholders such as private sector, central/local authorities, banking sector, NGO’s, mass media;• Extensive grant making and grant evaluation experience with programmes designed for local authorities/NGOs/private companies (energy efficiency, biodiversity conservation, climate change, waste management, land degradation, water management); • Proven Business Manager;• Customer relationship management, market development;• Knowledge of environmental business drivers in Romania and CEE Region;• Building, leading and motivating multicultural teams to achieve business objectives.• Experience related to the general environmental and social development issues applied in Romania or countries from the region• Experience in working with private sector clients in order to identify the best solution for environmental/energy related issues as well as financial sources for their implementation.Qualifications:• EMBA, MSc is Systems Ecology and Natural Capital Management, Prince II Certification for Project management Personal profile:- Well organized person, with high capabilities to multitask and work under pressure. - Able to cope with crisis situation and still remain calm and in control of the teams/processes.Full UK work right obtained under the Highly Skilled Migrant ProgrammeSpecialties: Project management/General ManagementProtected Areas ManagementEnergy efficiency project experienceGrant evaluation experienceBiogas investment projects
