I manage a portfolio of premium UK-based and international clients, across the retail, food & drink, financial, tourism and technological sectors. As a Client Insights Manager I tailor and implement mainstream and social media evaluation programmes and KPI frameworks that help my clients understand and refine their PR and comms planning, ultimately demonstrating to the business how their efforts have impacted the bottom line. I am responsible for providing innovative and insightful solutions that fit my clients’ needs, as well as providing recommendations, actionable insight and consultancy. My duties also involve increasing client revenue and achieving cost and profitability targets, while running efficient and motivated account teams which deliver a premium service to customers. My responsibilities further include coaching and mentoring my direct reports and supporting them in developing their careers. As part of my role on the Analysis training team I have run and developed training programmes aimed at both junior and senior members of staff, in and across my department.

I was responsible for providing high-level, actionable insights to a wide portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, translating briefs into bespoke media evaluation reports and programmes. My duties also included developing client relationships, managing junior members of staff and enhancing profitability for accounts.

I designed and produced traditional and social media evaluation reports for a portfolio of UK-based and global clients spanning a variety of sectors, from consumer, to technological, to financial. I helped assess performance for my clients against a set of KPIs, focusing on outputs and outcomes.

My role involved creating written content for the business, including press and promotional materials, and developing and implementing campaigns. I was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with journalists and bloggers in the trade and monitoring relevant media. I also managed the company’s social channels and produced relevant content in collaboration with staff from various departments.

I was responsible for media monitoring and identifying opportunities for content generation for a portfolio of five clients. I worked with the PR and advertising teams to create and implement cross-channel campaigns and assisted in the planning and organisation of events.
