Monitoring and maintaining stock levels- What stock is arriving and its ETA- Recording of all stock movements and transactions- Recording physical stock holdings with the computer-based stock records- Keeping cage in order for easy excess, style number and bin locations- Generating stock request reports,- Training floor staff, counting and signing all documents throughout the process in accordance with TCW procedures- Sample movement and signing documentation of samples out and back into the building- Updating the critical path and stock sheets- Sending stock balance sheets to customer within 12hrs of stock leaving building- Liaise with customer direct- Assisting with Pick and Pack of Stock for dispatch- Reports after call off as well as all reject stock- Preparing reject stock for resale to buyers- Stock of Hangers, Stickers & Labels, Cushions, Boxes, bag & Plastic (TCW as well as customer stores)- Assisting with QC Department and quality- Checking the stand still shipments that are to still to arrive and there ready dates
