I joined the firm in 1998 after graduating from ICN-MSTCF (Nancy Business School) and am the current People Leader on the Country Leadership Team (CLT) at PwC Luxembourg. I became a partner in the Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer Taskforce in 2012 and served as the Banking and Capital Markets Leader from 2017-2023.Throughout my years I have gained knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment, Luxembourg-GAAP and Swiss-GAAP and have been focusing on the financial and regulatory audits of large financial institutions. During the past 20 years, I have been advising a wide array of financial institutions on AML-related matters. I am active in a number of local associations, such as Association des Banques et Banquiers du Luxembourg (ABBL), Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers, Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprise and Ordre des Experts Comptables and in 2022 I also joined the Board of Directors of ABBL.I hold a Master's degree in Finance and Tax and am a qualified "Réviseur d'Entreprises agréé" as well as a Qualified Chartered Accountant ("Expert Comptable").I expect PwC Luxembourg to be recognised as having the best Human Capital function in Luxembourg, meaning having the internal recognition for being the people experts while being agile and disruptive business partners as well as problem solvers. Furthermore I want us to be externally recognised for our innovative people strategy.
