I use my professional and academic expertise and my lived experience to deliver engaging and impactful DEI training and consultancy services leading to social and cultural change. My EDI experience draws from my work in the Disabled-led sector, public involvement, and community organising and from my International Relations, Communication, Media and Culture studies. I am particularly passionate about tackling the barriers that Disabled people face in the workplace and addressing inequalities through an intersectional lens. I am fascinated by the nuances and complexities of EDI work in a global context. I have provided DEI training and consultancy services to a diverse range of global organisations and institutions, including universities, government departments, charities, and businesses. I have worked with clients in sectors including healthcare, higher education, transport, arts and culture and humanitarian aid. Her expertise spans a variety of topics, including disability inclusion, neurodiversity, intersectionality, and inclusive communication. When I am not working, I enjoy exploring London, singing in a community choir, and obsessing over music and pop culture (Don't ask me about Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, or the link between music and Britain's soft power or I will never stop talking). “sensational, formidable, I really appreciated the presentation” Client feedback 2022 “Thank you Roxane for this brilliant and enriching presentation on universal design and inclusive leadership” - Client feedback 2022 “Roxane’s work with us was invaluable. It enabled us to find a clear way forward with clear communication, sensitivity and an approach that included each person.’ Client feedback 2023 Languages: English and French (native speaker)
