I have worked in the Real Estate industry for over 30 years, I love the fact that this career lets you meet all kinds of people..I have worked on probate sales, multi-residential land sales, Land acquisitions, first time home buyers, and investor sales.I have been through the ups and downs of the R.E market , I am able to help clients understand the process of purchasing and selling their property. I give honest valuations , (sometimes sellers don't like to hear them), but I would rather be up front with clients , than have to give an excuse later. Sometimes I don't get the listing, but that's okay. Honesty is always the way to go.I study 45 hours of continuing education every four years. Keeping up with laws and regulations.
