I also play a key part in the development and delivery of virtual and hybrid events following the COVID-19 pandemic. I lead the planning and support for events and produce tailored marketing collateral when required, as well as identify opportunities for sponsored events and work with our Business Development team to secure sponsors. As part of the process, I identify strategic and tactical benefits for each event and carry out a 'lessons learned' session post-event so that we can continue to develop our event structure and customer experience.I am responsible for the creative design and copy for marketing campaigns that adhere to brand and product guidance, as well as membership-specific communications. I support the wider marketing team to deliver campaigns, update websites and carry out competitor reviews. Following each project, I produce timely reports and analysis on marketing campaigns.I also play an integral role in training various members of the team in the substantial amount of programmes we use on a day-to-day basis including Adobe products, DotDigital (an email marketing product), Sprout Social (a social media management platform) and both Sitecore and WebPress website editing platforms (including HTML coding).
