Roxanne Earley (she/her) is implementing creative solutions to pressing urban problems that strengthen the role of local communities in shaping their urban environment. Her experience reflects a fundamental belief in the importance of good civic engagement to create a more just and equal world. Roxanne uses innovation and creativity to bridge the political, technical, and deeply personal experiences that stakeholders bring to their relationship with cities in the hopes that strengthening the connections between people helps to build the community trust that is foundational to thriving cities. The Business Improvement District (BID) program supports the City’s network of 76 BIDs in delivering on their missions of commercial revitalization and assists community-based organizations and merchants interested in forming a BID in their districts.
