I am passionate about protecting the environment and human health. I grew up in the Phoenix area with a father and brother who had asthma. This drove me to go to the University of Arizona to study how air pollution and the Monsoon worked in Arizona. Today, with my work at ADEQ, not only do I provide quick resolutions to questions from the public and internal process issues through my relationships with leadership and staff from across the various divisions and programs and by integrating my knowledge of Federal and State Air and Water Pollution laws, I help make sure Arizonans has clean air, safe water, and healthy land through the legislative process.
