I'm an enthusiastic individual driven by a passion for helping others succeed. My journey in education started unexpectedly when I took on my first teaching role, seeking employment opportunities. Little did I know that it would spark a profound love of teaching in me, which led to three rewarding years of teaching in the UAE. Though the work was demanding, I cherished the daily interactions with my students, witnessing their growth and guiding them to explore the world around them.After moving to Ireland, I transitioned to customer service, looking for new experiences and fresh challenges. Over the course of another three years, I honed my skills and gained invaluable insights into the industry. My teaching experience proved to be an asset in understanding and connecting with individual customers, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet their unique needs. I took immense pride in my work and did my best to enhance each customer's experience.I've completed the prestigious CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) qualification with International House London. This comprehensive program provided me with a solid foundation in English language instruction, needs assessment & adaptability, and classroom management.Equipped with my teaching background, combined with my commitment to exceptional customer service, I'm excited to re-enter the education field.
